We are a Portuguese family with a passion for nature and history, design and architecture, and everything that involves creation. We live in Leiria, where we have professional activities related to design and investment projects, and from time to time we travel south to enjoy the sun and sea of the wonderful historical city that is Albufeira.
It is with great joy that we share our spaces with guests who visit us from all over the world, for short or long stays, either for leisure or business, and who appreciate a unique and true Portuguese experience. We require the individual booking to meet the minimum age stated in each listing (typically 24-25 years old minimum). When booking, you must provide valid ID for verification and complete our online booking process. After your booking is confirmed, you will received an email with confirmation details.
For reservations made directly through our website, our cancellation policy is as follows: 100% refund until 30 days before check-in, 50% refund until 7 days before check in, less than 7 days before check-in is non-refundable. To request a cancellation, simply email us with your reservation number
Standard check-in time is at 4:00 PM and check-out time is at 10:00 AM. Any early check-in or late check-out is based on occupancy and availability and must be approved in advance.
